- Approximate or coarse location information that you provide or permit so we can generate local price intelligence.
- Device tokens and notification preferences used for reminders and app alerts.
- App logs, diagnostic data, usage analytics, and security events used to operate and improve BillzWise.
How We Use Information
- To create your private receipt history, spending summaries, coupon reminders, warranty reminders, and savings insights.

Data Processors
BillzWise uses service providers such as Firebase, Google Cloud, OCR services, AI parsing services, hosting providers, and analytics or logging tools. These providers process data only to help us operate BillzWise features.
Aggregated Local Price Intelligence
BillzWise may use item names, prices, quantities, purchase dates, approximate areas, and store details from processed receipts to create aggregated or anonymized local price observations. These observations are used to show price trends and nearby price intelligence.
What Is Never Publicly Shown
- Your original receipt image or PDF is not publicly shown.
- Your full private receipt history is not publicly shown.
- Your name, email address, Firebase user ID, or account identity is not shown in local price intelligence.
- Personal account settings, device tokens, and notification data are not publicly shown.
Retention
BillzWise retains receipt and account data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Original receipt files may be removed according to our retention settings while structured receipt records remain available in your account. Aggregated or anonymized observations may be retained after private receipt deletion where they no longer identify you.
User Rights

- Delete receipt/app data from the app where available.
