How to clear receipt data or request full BillzWise account deletion.

Clear Receipt and App Data

Where available in the app, you can clear receipt/app data from Settings. This removes your private saved receipts and related user-scoped app records covered by that action.

Request Full Account Deletion

To request full account deletion, email [email protected] with the subject "BillzWise Account Deletion Request" from the email address used for your BillzWise account.

What Is Deleted

  • Your account-linked receipt records, coupon records, warranty records, and related user-scoped app data.
  • Uploaded receipt images and PDFs where they are still retained by BillzWise.
  • Device tokens and notification preferences linked to your account.

Aggregated or Anonymized Data

Aggregated or anonymized local price observations may be retained where they no longer identify you and are used to maintain price intelligence quality.

Response Timeline

We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within a reasonable period. Final deletion timelines may depend on identity verification, backups, security logs, legal obligations, and operational constraints.
